THE MERCHMIX UNIVERSE
One system. Every module.
Each module runs a part of the business in its own right. Together, one system on the same live numbers, connected to the rest of your retail stack.
Plan, trade and steer the business: budgets, WSSI, OTB, range and trade reviews in one place.
Extend Core with VM and ARRO: intelligent allocation, 3D store modelling and ROI down to the fixture.
The design studio: design assisted by Merchmix intelligence, from first sketch to tech pack, informed by your own data.
The retail-native backbone: products, inventory, sales, purchasing and finance, live, with no overnight batching.
Suppliers inside the system, not in email threads: POs, ASNs, invoices and shared forecasts.
Every order finds its best route: across warehouses, stores and suppliers, with splits, backorders and dropship handled.
Live warehouse execution, from inbound to dispatch: putaway, pick, pack and ship, all visible as it happens.
Board packs, trade packs and weekly reports, built once: they update on live data and send themselves to the right people, automatically.
CORE · @MERCHMIX-CORE
Plan the season. Trade the week. Steer the business.
Core is where the whole trading cycle lives: budgets, WSSI and open-to-buy, range plans and range boards, critical path, dashboards and trade reviews. From executive planning to line-level detail, set the plan, watch it trade live, and adjust while the season can still be shaped.
Core reads live sales and stock from ERP, sends buys through the Supplier Portal, hands execution to ARRO and the warehouse, and feeds every number Reporting Studio publishes.

CORE PLUS · @MERCHMIX-CORE-PLUS
Put the plan on the floor. Measure every fixture.
Core Plus takes what Core plans and makes it physical. ARRO allocates with Merchmix intelligence, store by store and size by size. VM pushes the range from range board into planograms and a 3D model of every store, then measures ROI down to the fixture, with compliance tracking so you know each store executed the plan.
Core Plus works off Core's live plan: allocation draws on the same demand signals, planograms carry the signed-off range, and fixture results flow back into trade reviews and Reporting Studio.

PLM · @MERCHMIX-FORGE
Design what your data already knows will sell.
PLM is the Merchmix design studio. Design assisted by Merchmix intelligence, from first sketch to tech pack, with computer vision reading what you show it and your own trading data informing what you create. Design stops being a guess about next season and starts being built on what your customers actually buy.
Designs move straight from PLM into Range Plan and Range Boards in Core, so the range you build is the range you buy, allocate and trade.
ERP / RETAIL OPERATIONS · @MERCHMIX-ERP
The retail-native backbone.
ERP is where the operational truth lives: products, inventory, sales, purchasing and finance in one ledger, live all day with no overnight batching. Built for retail from the start, not adapted to it, so the numbers your team trades on are the numbers as they are right now.
ERP feeds live sales and stock to Core and ARRO, carries purchasing through the Supplier Portal, and keeps every module and report on the same ledger.

SUPPLIER PORTAL · @MERCHMIX-SUPPLIER
Suppliers in the system, not in your inbox.
The Supplier Portal brings your suppliers into the same workspace as your team: POs raised and acknowledged, ASNs and invoices flowing through one place, and forecasts shared so suppliers see demand coming instead of discovering it in the order. Fewer surprises on both sides of the relationship.
POs raised from Core and ERP land directly with suppliers, confirmations and ASNs flow back into inventory, and shared forecasts keep supply working off the same numbers as planning.

OMS · @MERCHMIX-ORBIT
Every order takes its best route.
OMS orchestrates fulfilment across warehouses, stores and suppliers: orders routed to the smartest source, split when they need to be, backorders and dropship handled without anyone chasing them. The exceptions surface themselves, so your team only touches the orders that need a human.
OMS reads live stock from ERP and the warehouse, routes around what allocation has planned, and hands every pick to WMS with full visibility back into the ledger.
WMS · @MERCHMIX-VERTEX
The warehouse, visible as it happens.
WMS runs the warehouse end to end: inbound receipts, putaway, pick, pack and dispatch, with every movement and location tracked live. No end-of-day mystery, no stock that exists in the system but not on the shelf. What the warehouse says is what the warehouse has.
WMS executes what OMS routes and ARRO allocates, and writes every receipt and movement straight back into the live ledger the whole business reads.
REPORTING STUDIO · @MERCHMIX-ATLAS
Build the report once. Never build it again.
Reporting Studio is where board packs, trade packs and weekly reports get built once and then run themselves: updating on live data the moment it changes and distributing automatically to the people you choose. The Monday deck stops being a job. It becomes something that arrives.
Reporting Studio draws from every module on the same live numbers, so what the board reads is what the business actually did, with nothing rekeyed and nothing stale.
QUESTIONS
The things people ask at the stand.
Yes. Merchmix is designed to be modular: most retailers start with Core, or Core with ARRO, and add modules as they need them. Every module you add works off the same live numbers from day one, so the system grows without re-implementation.
NRF BIG SHOW EUROPE · STAND ST-31, HALL 4
You've seen the map. Now see it live.
Come and talk to the team at the stand: your questions, your categories, a conversation about your business, not a pitch. Built by the people who ran planning at M&S and ASOS. Not at the show? Book a demo and we'll show you everything from wherever you are.
